FAQ

Garden wedding FAQ

When is the best time for a garden ceremony?

Late March to June and September to November, with May–June and October sunset slots most recommended — the river sunset makes for especially beautiful photos. In midsummer and midwinter we suggest the 2F hall.

What happens if it rains?

The ceremony moves indoors to the 2F Convention Hall. The rain setup is confirmed at your site visit, so the call can be made on the morning of the day.

Where is the meal served after a garden ceremony?

Ceremony in the 3F garden, reception dinner in the 2F hall. Many couples start with a cocktail reception in the garden before moving to the hall.

What guest count suits a garden ceremony?

It suits intimate weddings best; for larger guest lists we hold the vows in the garden and the reception in the 2F hall. The exact setup is confirmed together at the site visit.

Can we hold an evening garden ceremony?

Yes — evening ceremonies and receptions under lighting and string lights, with the illuminated Han River bridges as the backdrop.
