What is the minimum group size for a year-end party?
From 50-person gatherings to 300-person company parties. The most common size is 100–200 in the 2F Convention Hall; groups of around 50 use a smaller room, the 3F rooftop garden or the 1F cafe garden.
How early should we book a year-end party?
December fills fastest. For Friday evenings we recommend booking in October–November; weekday evenings have more availability. Share your date and guest count and we will place a provisional hold.
Can we choose between a course dinner and a buffet?
Yes. Choose a seated course dinner, buffet or standing canapé reception, and add a free-flow package of beer, wine and soft drinks. Halal and vegetarian menus are available for international events.
Are the stage, microphones and screen included? Can we run prize draws and performances?
The 2F hall comes with a stage, sound system, wireless microphones, LED video screen and lighting, so awards, prize draws, performances and video screenings run straight away. For special production we connect you with our partners.
Is there a place for the after-party?
Continue in the 3F rooftop garden of the same building, or at the 1F Marina Cafe (until 22:00). Everything wraps up in one place with no travel.
How do parking and group buses work?
Guests use the Banpo Han River Park lot (approx. 200 cars), free for 3 hours. Group buses drop off at the park lot; let us know in advance and we will guide the route.
Can we display banners, a photo wall or company branding?
Banners and a photo wall can be installed inside the hall; exterior banners on the bridge or facade are arranged separately. Please send artwork at least one week before the event.
